I have an SBS 2008 server and the Domain Users group has full access to all mailboxes. I used powershell to remove the domain user groups permissions from all mailboxes but after doing this OWA and Outlook stopped working for everyone. If I grant the Domain Users group full access again the mailboxes resume working.
