Domain User Group Mailbox Permissions are required on Exchange 2007
I have an SBS 2008 server and the Domain Users group has full access to all mailboxes. I used powershell to remove the domain user groups permissions from all mailboxes but after doing this OWA and Outlook stopped working for everyone.
If I grant the Domain Users group full access again the mailboxes resume working.
If not I recieve the following error:

I have tried creating a new database but it did not resolve the issue.
Thanks

This question is quite old. I can't seem to see any options for closing it.
