Domain Names getting deleted from Safe Senders list
We have a few users in our organization that when I add any email account with our domain, or just the domain name itself, after 15 minutes like clock work I can check the safe senders list again and the ones I added are missing. On these accounts
I've used MFCMAPI to delete all the rules and junk mail extended rules and I've installed all the updated Junk Mail patches. We are running Exchange 10 and Outlook 2007. Looking for any ideas on how to correct their accounts without creating new
ones or if this is a problem on the exchange end?

That list is managed by Outlook, not Exchange. You may have a GPO that
replaces the list, but every 15 minutes sounds too frequent for a
policy update.
