We have a few users in our organization that when I add any email account with our domain, or just the domain name itself, after 15 minutes like clock work I can check the safe senders list again and the ones I added are missing. On these accounts I've used MFCMAPI to delete all the rules and junk mail extended rules and I've installed all the updated Junk Mail patches. We are running Exchange 10 and Outlook 2007. Looking for any ideas on how to correct their accounts without creating new ones or if this is a problem on the exchange end?
