Domain Account locks out automatically
We have a domain controller (DC) in our company. I have an administrativeaccount on this DC. All other domain accounts fr other users are OK but only two, mine and my colleague's, oftenly lock out with no any other physical attempt to login. What should I do to rectify this? Regards, Funflex

Any thing on event logs? Can you try creating a new account with a copy of your existing account and see even that is getting locked again and again?Take a LDP dump of your account and compare that with any other normal administrative account. See if you can get any difference in any of the attributes. Also put this query on windows server forum http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/category/windowsserver/Raj

Not really a Exchange question, is it? Posting in the right places isalways a good idea. :-)You could:.. be logged on from another machine.. have a persistant share opened.. be using PocketPC, SmartPhone, iPhone, etc.se, check these as a start:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc773155(WS.10).aspxhttp://www.mail.nih.gov/user/faq/AccountLockouts.htm---Rich MatheisenMCSE+I, Exchange MVP--- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
