Well, why do you need to run DomainPrep after you already installed Exchange 2003 ? if you didn't run /ForestPrep or /DomainPrep before the installatino, then the wizard will include these switches during setup. anyway, you can re-run /DomainPrep from Exchange Server 2003 STD CD, here is what you need to do : from the exchange server, goto Run. Locate the setup.exe file under your Exchange Server 2003 STD CD. then add /DomainPrep after the path of setup.exe. for example, if your CD Drive letter was D: , then from Run command, here is the setup command will look like: D:\setup.exe /DomainPrep make sure that the user used to run this command is a Domain Admin user for the domain that you are trying to prepare. please let me know if the above post was helpful to you.
