Doesn´t create e-mail addresses types
Hello guys! I have a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise SP2 with Exchange 2003 installed. Latelly I have not be able to create mailboxes. On Exchange Server I open "Active Directory Users and Computers" snap-in and create a user and mark to create a mailbox. When I open users properties and go to "E-mail addresses" tab I note is blank, there is no information in this tab. I open the Exchange System Manager go to "Administrative Groups - First Admiinstrative Group - Servers - <server name> - First Storage Group - Mailbox Store - Mailboxes" I note there is no mailbox created for the user I created at "Active Directory Users and Computers" snap-in. Can you help me please?Ricardo Ito | Campo Grande-MS | Brasil

Hi, Check whether there is any issue in applying the email address policy. Also try to create a new policy and testRegards from www.windowsadmin.info | www.blog.windowsadmin.info

That will be recipient update services having an issue. Lots of information on troubleshooting that service. Start with this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/288807 Then move on to this if that first one doesn't help: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822794 Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources | In the UK? Helo Simon. Problem solved! In the "Recipient Update Service - Update interval" it was configured to "Never run", so I changed to "Always run". Ricardo Ito | Campo Grande-MS | Brasil
