I would to ask that if i stopped the web hosting for my domain is that will effect on our Exchange mail server, i mean is that will stop the email working on exchange

If you mean Web hosting, as in a website for your domain name that is also the same domain for your email then no that won't affect it.

You need to ensure your domain continues to be registered and you have DNS hosting continue so all your A records and MX records continue to exist in DNS.
