Does an Mail Enabled Folder take up a license ?
Hi there We currently use a lot of public folders to keep track of correspondence between ourselves and our sub-consultants. At present we always manually copy sent and received email to the corresponding public folder for that particular project. It would be handy if we could mail enable these folders so that we can cut out the manual process of copying emails into the folders every time and just CC in the email address for the mail enabled folder. We have a lot of public folders and would mail enabling each one take up a license for each mail enabled folder? Thanks !

Hi, IF u are talking about CAL for mail-enabled PF then answer is no. You dont have to. As far as i remember CAL is used for users (devices) only who actually logins to the server. Regards,Laeeq Qazi|Team Lead(Exchange + Sharepoint + BES + DynamicsCRM) www.HostingController.com
