We have upgraded from Office 2008 with Entourage to Office 2011 which includes Outlook. I have set up the account in Outlook from scratch as an Exchange account because we used IMAP in Entourage, even though the account is set up as an Exchange account the calendar appointments still aren't there. Can anyone help?

Outlook 2011 does synch with Exchange 2007 and 2010. It does show free / busy time. There's a scheduling assistant. I use it on a daily basis. Have you tried to schedule meetings with Outlook 2011? Answer to meeting requests? Enter private appointments? Then checked with OWA and your mobile devices?MCTS: Messaging | MCSE: S+M
