Does Outlook 2010 contiditional formating have a size limit?

I have a user who is using conditional formatting in his outlook. He has created a rule to change the color of email sent to a specific Contact Group. It works when the list is the 9th item in the To list or earlier in the list, but when the group is the 19 item in the To line it does not work.

So I am wondering that when using the conditional formatting is there a limit as to how long the To line can be?

Thanks,

Laura

Hi,

There shouldn't be a limit as far as I know. In case it's affected by other view settings, try to start Outlook with the switch "/cleanviews", then create the conditional formatting again to check the result.

To start with "/cleanviews", in the Run dialog, type "outlook.exe /cleanviews", press Enter.

Try to
