Does NLB require Windows Server 2003 Enterprise / Exchange 2007 Enterprise?
I am planning to implement NLB for a 6000 user Client Access in Exchange 2007. Do I need enterprise editions for Windows Server 2003 or Exchange 2007 or would I be able to use standard editions for this role in NLB mode?

You can use Windows Server 2003 Standard edition for NLB. You only need Enterprise Edition when you plan on doing clustering with the MSCS.
