Not sure if this is a setting on server or on client. How do I make sure that the sender of an email does not receive copy of it in her inbox if she is a member of the distribution group she is sending the email to? I know this is possible. Thanks.Mayur

If sender is also member of DL then she will also get a copy of mail. You can test this by using message tracking feature of exchange. BUT if you want that sender should not get one copy of mail then you can create transport rule or create outlook rule in outlook to delete it. I hope i understood your issue!! Anil
