Hi, When you implement Windows Server 2012 at the first server you will need to update the license for all users that will use this server, even for Exchange 2013. Eli. Unified Communication , https://www.facebook.com/groups/mucugi/

Hi Jan, For license question, I would suggest you make a phone call to Microsoft directly: In the United States, call (800) 426-9400. In Canada, call (877) 568-2495. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/exchange-server-licensing-licensing-overview-FX103746915.aspx Frank Wang TechNet Community Support
