Hi, I may be missing something obvious but as it stands when your having an email conversation in a distribution group, as people start hitting reply to all, after time you end up with quite a few names in the to and cc fields. The problem I have is I don't want people to recieve this message more than once. I know in Lotus notes if my name is in the to field as well as a distribution group I am in, I will only recieve the mail once. Is there a way to achieve this in Exchange? Also is there a way to stop the sender recieving the mail? Many thanks in advance

The expected behaviour for exchange is that if a user is in a group and CC'd/BCC'd, they would only get the message once. Got anything funky going on server-side?
