We are currently running Exchange 2003 and are looking at moving our distribution lists from Linux to exchange. How can I create a distribution group that allows one person to release the emails from that list? All emails must be authorized before they can be sent out.

Is email authorization for lists not available? This is a very important feature that should be included in exchange.
