Distribution Group cannot get all emails

From your description, I would like to clarify the following things for troubleshooting:

1. Please check if your Exchange server can receive messages from other domains.

2. Verify if there is any transport rule blocking these problematic messages.

3. Disable the anti-spam temporarily to determine whether the issue is related to it.
