Disribution Group Qustion
Does anyone know a way to add an external email address to an Exchange 2003 distribution group? If so, could you please post it to this forum?

Create contacts for your External email addresses in AD and then add contacts into Distribution Group. This way you will have external Email Addresses to DG.Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Hi Amit, When say create "contacts" do you mean users? I have searched the AD containers and do not see where I can create a contact.

Nop, it is not user, it is contact which you can create in any OU. Below is an article for creating a contact and set it for forwarding a mail. You can refer it to create a contact and then add that contact into your distribution group.
