HiI am running Exchange 2000 and my mailbox store keeps dismounting. When i mount it again it will dismount itself in a few minutes.I think it is because the store has reached its limits so i was going to defrag it, but first i want to back it up. However when i try this it does not work and i think its because the store dismounts.My question is can i just copy the priv1 files straight over to another folder instead of running the back up? and would the reason the store has reached its limits be causing it to dismount?Any help would be greatly appreciated.ThanksOliver
