Disappearing mailboxes
Im having a really strange problem. Im running Exchange 2007. A few users have reported getting an error accessing OWA. The message states that the mailbox could not be found. I open the Exchange console and sure enough, the mailbox is no longer there. The really strange part is that the user is still able to send and receive mail using Outlook. This has happened to 4 users now. Has anyone else seen this before? Im completely baffled by this. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you!

I'm running my mailbox servers in a CCR configuration. Should I reseed the database from the other node or am I better creating a new database and moving mailboxes as you suggested?

Hi Rich, Yes. The attributes are present and populated. Everything looks ok.

And when you use "get-mailboxstatistics" and use that user's mailbox GUID does it find the mailbox? I opened a case with Microsoft support. They were unable to come up with a cause for this. They recommended creating a new database and moving mailboxes over. Thanks everyone for you help!
