I disabled OWA many years ago on our exchange server but now want to re-enable it. Can you advise what i need to ensure is in IIS eg a virtual directory and what I need to turn back on in Exchange System Mgr. I know how to turn on the OWA for individual users in AD. What I need to do is check the requirements step by step please.

What happens if you browse https://exchange_fqdn/exchange? Also, did you publish OWA externally?Sukh

I get an error the page cannnot be displayed. I didn't publish it externally and have no requirement. I just need it to work internally for part time users who hotdesk. I'm wondering in Exchange System Mgr do i nned to install any protocols ? And in IIS what settings are needed in default web site. Thanks!
