Disable wireless connection when connecting to LAN
Hey Everybody! Is it possible to block or cancel the option to connecta wireless network while connected to lan or a domain via Group Policy? THX

I think what your asking is. If a user is connected to the LAN, you do not want them to connect to both wireless and wired at the same time. I beleive that you cannot set this in group policy. Dell and lenovo have there own software which handles this function. I believe that lenovos is called ThinkVantage Access Connections. what make of laptops are in your company. Oh and I hope someone can prove me wrong and say that there is a setting.

Hi, I stumbled across a product that does this job. It can be deployed via group policy. We only have 150 machines here but it worked across AD very nicely. They were very helpful in setting this up. Their website is: www.wire2less.net They had a free trial of the product and it does a good job.
