Hello,

Some of our users use just their name in their voicemail greetings and then it says "to speak to an operator press zero".  Is there a way to remove this option?  I've verified this user doesn't have a Personal Operator extension under UM Mailbox settings so I don't know why this transfer to operator option is being offered...
