So the only way you'll be able to do this is if you are creating new accounts from a template. Take a look at this post I wrote on how to disable ActiveSync on creation. OWA is basically the same thing just a different attribute. http://almostdailytech.com/2008/12/20/disabling-activesync-on-user-creation/Mark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:EMA 2K7,EDA Win 7,ES,SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

Hi,You can use ADModify tool to work on this issue:http://www.msexchange.org/articles/ADModify-Change-Exchange-Specific-AD-User-Attributes.htmlOr the script which was written by Amit Tank:http://telnetport25.wordpress.com/2007/07/29/disabling-imap-for-new-users-but-maintaining-the-existing-imap-settings/ThanksAllen

Go into active directory users and computers. Find the user, right click and select Exchange Tasks. Chose Configure Exchange Features and turn off web access there. Cheers!
