Disable outlook attachment download as well as save

Hi,

I got one request where we should be able to block outlook attachment download as well as save option.

Basically it should be like how owa webready option is.

Is there anyway we can achieve the same or is there any third party tool for the same.

Exchange 2010 SP3 SU4.

Outlook 2010 SP1.
