Disable or Remove Options Button from Webmail
Is there a way to remove the Outlook Webmail Option button from Webmail or disable it without damaging the way Webmail works? This is for Exchange Version 6.5 (2003). If possible and is there a link for instructions on doing this?

I think you can do it programattically, but its very difficult. It'd be easier to just move to exchange 07 :-)

Do you think it could be done through Policy? I was hoping through there, but if done programattically how then? Any instructions on this and where can it be obtained? Thanks

I don't imaginea GPO would suffice. it would not apply to how IIS interacts with Exchange. Read this: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Outlook-Web-Access-Web-based-Administration.html I don't see a way to remove the "options" button entirley, but maybe you can remove just the feature you don't like. depending on what you actually want to accomplish, you could also just replace the image with a "non-options" "button" in the image directory.
