I have Exchange server 2013 SP1

I have add Default Signature in All Client. now i wan't to disable that user can not change web mail Signature.

and we are not using Outlook office

Hi,

In exchange 2013 , we can configure the OWA mailbox policy to disable signature for OWA users.

Change the default OWA mailbox policy

Set-OwaMailboxPolicy default -SignaturesEnable $false

Apply OWA mailbox policy to mailboxes

Get-mailbox -ResultSize unlimited | Set-CASmailbox -OwaMailboxPolicy:default
