Disable Outlook recurrence ?
Client uses Outlook 2010 calendar to keep track of what customers they visited each day.  Searching in calendar by customer name gives a list of dates and times for that customer, but it's broken into two arbitrary groups showing Recurrence (none).  Is there a way to disable this recurrence feature?  or to change it's behavior to not break the results into two groups?

Hi,

The search results in Outlook calendar are grouped by Recurrence by default. The calendar search results are displayed in List view, if you want to change it to not group by Recurrence, we need to modify the List view settings:

1. In Outlook, open calendar.

2. Click View tab > Change View, then select List.

3. Click View Settings button under View tab.

4. Click Group By button.

5. Under "Group items by" heading, change it to None.

6. Click OK.

7. Click OK again and then test the issue.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, your procedure works.  That's exactly what the customer wanted to achieve.
