We have 3 domain controllers in our environment. However, when I check with the directory access in the Exchange 2003, only 2 of them have been automatically discovered. There isn't any replication problem for the lost DC and I would like to know what things I can do to solve it. Thanks.

Is everything working? You can hard code the DC's that it uses. It can be, your other DC' is not A global catalog server
