Hello, I got a problem when accessing excel file in WebDAV. There is error "Access to this web server is disabled by defalt because it is controlled by basic authentication and does not use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Do you want to search the Microsoft Online Support Center to view possible solution?".

Currently, our WebDAV does not have SSL for accessing. Therefore, I refer to the recommendation on the Microsoft Online Support Center https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2123563?wa=wsignin1.0 to change and add the 3 registry but no luck. Please advise whether there is alternative method on my problem.

The Webdav is not configured by IIS. We have one workstation having this problem. Other workstations with same OS and office platform cannot trigger this problem. I tried to re-install the office but no luck. We have the problem on the workstation with the dedicated office version only. Therefore, is it better to log and discuss this problem on here instead of IIS?
