That's outlook setting and you can configure in calendar settings of outlook options or with group policy to force from server side on all workstations. Hi, I am afraid that we are not able to have users have different work times for different days. For Outlook client, the Working hours configuration is saved in following registry key on the client: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar CalDefEnd CalDefStart For OWA client, the Working hours configuration is saved in a hide message in Calendar folder, you can use MFCMapi to check the configuration: 1. Run MFCMapi tool and logon the user mailbox (Online Mode) 2. Open mailbox and expand Root Container and Top of Information Store 3. Right click the Calendar folder and click Open Associated Contents Table 4. Click the message which subject is IPM.Configuration.WorkHours 5. Open the property 0x7C080102 which contains the Work Hours setting. Mike

I am not sure if Exchange 2010 has capability to change different work hours for different days of a week since it is being optimized to workefficientlywith Outlook 2010, we may need to wait for Outlook 2010 to be released for public use to testout, and even Exchange 2010 is still in Beta stage. I could see an improvement in Exchange 2010 that we can set OWA work hours and time with a cmdlet now...
