Hi. We use Exchange 2010 SP2, Lync Server and as Outlook clients version 2010. Anyway we find out, that sometimes, when we redirect email of user1 to user2, photo of user1 is displayed when user2 contact is opened. Also when someone tried to find user2 e.g. in Lync, user1 is displayed in results. I have checked event logs for OAB generation errors, but no related error was reported. do you have any idea what to do? It occures regulary, so I'd like to find some solution. Thanks. Mike

Hi, I understand that user photo cannot be displayed correctly in outlook, is that ture? Then please verify if you can find the correct photo when you just check the user information form address book. Please check the user information from address book when you access mailbox via OWA? By the way, how did you set "redirect mail"? Via client side rule or server side transport rule? Recipient's photo is not correct?
