Deploying Office with MAK and KMS installed

Hi,

I was wondering if deploying Outlook 2013 using a MAK key and then deploying Office 2013 using a KMS key will have any negative effects with activation?

We are starting to see some users get a prompt that Office is not activated and it puts Office into eval mode.  Once the user reboots everything is fine but when I look at the logs I see this error;

Error: Multiple ARP entries found for product '{90150000-002A-0000-1000-0000000FF1CE}': PROPLUS Office15.OUTLOOK Type: 33::InvalidData.

Thanks,

D

I would avoid the situation if possible, instead, if Outlook2013 is present, and you need to install Office2013, first uninstall Outlook2013, then install Office2013, to achieve a clean end-state?

Ok.  Unfortunately the office deployments have already started.  Do you know if deploying Office products multiple times will cause a licensing issue with the Office?

Thanks,

I don't know for sure, I've never tried this mixed approach myself.

Hi,

For this issue related to the licence, I suggest you contact the local Volume Licensing Service Center to get support:
