Deploy network share for office 2013 with different languages.

We purchased office 2013 MVL which has three languages including English, Chinese Traditional and Simplified Chinese that can be downloaded completely. And we can download "Office Multilanguage Pack 2013 with SP1 (By Language)" too.

For site A, it's mainly use Chinese Traditional and some clients use English
For site B, it's mainly use Chinese Traditional and some clients use Simplified Chinese

How should I create network share for the above site with appropriate language? or I should create three network share for three language. Please advise. Many thanks.
