Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups

We are migrating a client from Notes to O365.  We have a user who received a meeting request by when he tried to accept the meeting he received the following:

Delivery has
failed to these recipients or groups:

FYDIBOHF23SPDLT

Has anyone seen this issue and if so how can I resolve it?

The recipient or groups FYDIBOHF23SPDLT might be removed from the organization.

Or we've used the Outlook cache address to replied the meeting request. Please try to clean it from File > Options > Mail > Send messages tab > Empty Auto-Complete List.

Or we may create a new Outlook profile to check if we still get the NDR in a new profile.

Hi,

I'm marking the reply as answer as there has been no update for a couple of days.
If you come back to find it doesn't work for you, please reply to us and unmark the answer.
