We are using exchange 2007 outlook web access. And currently having problem in sending out email to external. Almost all emails received bounced email message that "Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists". What should I do to resolve this? Pls help.

As per my understanding you cannot send mail out from Exchange 2007.If thats the case...1. Hi Szne,Could you please paste the complete Non-delivery Report(NDR) here? It's very important for the troubleshooting. Do all users in your organization have this issue? Mails send to internal is OK, right?
