Delivery has failed
When a meeting request was sent to Bob, we would get a reply from a terminated employee. We deleted his user id and mailbox and recreated him.We are now getting: Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists: BOBThe recipient's e-mail address was not found in the recipient's e-mail system. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please check the e-mail address and try resending this message, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator. IMCEAEX-_O=Company_OU=First+20administrative+20group_cn=Recipients_cn=bob@company.com#550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound; not found ##Everything looks correct. Bob is receiving email from the outside, but receiving this message internally.Any ideas?

Hi,This is becuase Bob now has a changed LegacyExchangeDN bcoz u recreated his mailbox.see it by using :get-mailbox bobEmailID |FL LegacyExchangeDNIMCEAEX-_O=Company_OU=First+20administrative+20group_cn=Recipients_cn=bob@company.com is the old LegacyExchangeDN, which bob had previously. You can change bobs LegacyExchangeDN back to old one. If you deleted bobs mailbox from EMC then it must exist in Disconnected mailbox with old LegacyExchangeDN. You can edit it using ADSIEdit.msc.Regards,Laeeq Qazi|Team Lead(Exchange + Sharepoint + BES + DynamicsCRM) www.HostingController.com

Hi,Or you can add IMCEAEX-_O=Company_OU=First+20administrative+20group_cn=Recipients_cn=bob@company.com as bob's secondary x.500 email address.Have a look into this link, it tells you how to add it as x.500 email address.http://www.simple-talk.com/sysadmin/exchange/exchange-e-mail-addresses-and-the-outlook-address-cache/ Regards,Laeeq Qazi|Team Lead(Exchange + Sharepoint + BES + DynamicsCRM) www.HostingController.com
