Delivery failure to recipient receive by only one user
We have a 10 user Exchange environment.Oneuser is recieving delivery failure noticeswhen sending to two of the userswithin our network. We have configured his outlook on multiple workstations and hestill receives the delivery failure when sending to the two users. Below is a sample of the message received from an attemp to send to one of the users.I'm at a loss why 9 of the10 can send to these users and why the one user can send everyone but these two users.Ideas, suggestions.Thanks.JimExchange 2007 on Windows 2003 x64.Outlook Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists: Kerri FairesThis recipient e-mail address was not found in the recipient e-mail system. Hi,Sounds like a problem with his Outlook autocomplete cache - you can either delete this file (search for a .NK2 file in the users windows profile) or remove the problem users from his file (start typing the names in a new mail - when the names are there rightclick and delete).Leif

We went to a workstation that the user had never used, logged in the users credentials, configured outlook on that workstation and saw the same result. Would that still appear to be the autocomplete cache?

Hi,If you are using roaming profile - yes.Try to search for a .nk2 file in the users windows profile and rename this file to see if it helps. If you look in the NDR you see an X500 address - that is what is stored in nk2 filesLeif

Thanks, I'll have them check. I don't believe they are using roaming profiles but we will verify that.
