Yes post the full NDR. Does your Exchange server send directly to the internet or do you have another gateway SMTP server? You need to look at the send protocol logs. It could be DNS resolution issues or throttling your connections (if you send too much email or your email is not configured correctly) etc. SMTP Send Logs: \Exchange Server\TransportRoles\Logs\ProtocolLog\SmtpSendJames Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE. Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed. xxxx@xxx.com We are routing the mail thru Smart Host Server, which is another Exchange Server directly connected to Internet. Also we are using Exchange 2003 on Both Side, So can you please tell me where i can find the SMTPSend logs. Thanks Mukesh

Hi, The NDR appears just a delay. Have you verify with the recipient if he received the email? Could you please send a test mail with outlook or OWA to the particular domain on another computer? If no issue, we can make sure the Exchange servers have no issue. If the particular ID still received the NDR, we should pay more attention to the following items. 1.Navigate to properties of connector -> Delivery restrictions and Address space, if there is any special configuration? 2.Contact to the administrator of the particular domain, Check is there any filter on Message Delivery properties? · Both Side, So can you please tell me where i can find the SMTP Send logs. 1. At first you need to enable message tracking Navigate to first administrative group->server->properties 2.Then you can find the SMTP send logs Navigate to tools, filter the message according the sender (particular ID).
