Deliver Exchange mailboxes content to another server
My situations: I have exchange server 2007 on domain A, managed from a supplier. In these domain there is also the Active Directory users and mailboxes. I have a domain B where I want the copy of some mailboxes of that exchange server. I'm looking for a tool to get synocrnized mailbox or replication or delivery also, keeping in mind that account are in the other domain. Of course domain A and B are in trust relationship. Does someone know if exist something to do that? My goal should be use the mailboxes copied for other pop3 services (that I can't enable on exchange server 2007). Thanks for any suggestions you might have.

can you not set up a transport rule to forward messages? 1. create a contact(if it is not trusted meaning you dont have the desintation user in ur GAL) 2. create a rule to forward email to this address. or you can setup alternate recipient as well.Thiyagu | MCTS/MCITP - Exchange 2007 | MCSE 2003[Messaging] | http://www.myExchangeWorld.com. uhm.. I though for alternative recipients but this means too many configuration on domain A (AD + exchange server) side and I can't. Anyway in case I'm not sure how coudl be work with mail sent from the secondary recipient (mailbox A and mailbox alternative wouldn't be syncronized...). same issue in case of contact and forward rule... thanks for your reply

Ok, I tried to explain better. this is the situation: Forest A: Exchange server 2007 and Active Directory users - all managed from a supplier. Forest B: here we have the most of server application. For some of them we should use the mail with pop3 service that we can't ask to enable on the exchange server. So we are thinking to find a way to have a copy or a replication or a syncronization or a forward "alive" of some mailboxes present on the exchange server 2007. with "alive" I mean not a copy as ex-merge or for backup\disaster recovery purpose. The domains interested in these forests are in trust relationship. Maybe we could ask to install a exchange connector in the exchange server (domain A) to forward the mail toward another mail server in the domain B? this could be work? Is it possible make a connection through different forest? Or you have some other idea? I opened to any kind of suggestions! thank you
