I have a user who points out that deleting a message will cause Outlook to pause or hang for a few moments. Sometimes, it causes the infamous Exchange retrieving data pop-up. Any suggestions to where to look? Thanks Ron

Hi, Does the issue occur on certain user or several user in your Exchange server? Which version of Exchange server and Outlook are installed? If the issue only occurs on certain user machine, I suspect the issue is related to Outlook or the client machine. I suggest you create a new Outlook profile and perform a Clean Boot to check the result. Thanks.
