Deleted user-System Undeliverable
There was a user deleted months ago. Now when we send meeting requests we are getting failure to deliver to that person. We are not trying to send anthing to them. They are not in active directory and do not have a mailbox. Is there any fix to this somewhere?

I know it's silly to ask, but have you manually went through the distribution groups you are using to send meetings to ensure the person's name is still not listed? Even though they are not in AD, they could be "Ghosts".

There is no traces of the user. I got my answer from another blog. I had to find out exactly what the current user was that was causing us to get the delivery failures. Then I recreated the deleted user and went into the delegates on the current user and added it. Then closed outlook, reopened it and deleted the user out of delegates and it worked.
