Hello Can Someone help with a problem that i have is that users on the network when they send a mail to a distribution list and delete the message it keeps getting resent the next time the services are stopped and started. Can someone help with this problem ?

Hi, Can you let us know which services being stopped and then started cause the message to be resent? Also have you checked in the tracking logs and queues to ensure that the message has been processed before stopping the services? Cheers Nathan
