Delegates issue
Outlook 2003 cached mode+ Exchange 2003 SP2 all latest updates. I frequently run into issues where an Exec will have multiple users as delegates who can all accept meeting requests. At the same time this exec also has issues with meetings disappearing from his calender. I am not so sure that the users who are accepting these meetings for him are not screwing things up. Anyone have any thoughts on why meetings would be removed from calendar? Thanks in advance.

Could be PDA's/phones that is synced against your Exec mailbox. /Lasse

Only thing they use here in the states is Blackberries. I have heard of the BB getting in the way of this.

Hi Mears352,Did you ever get to the bottom of this issue? I ask, because I am having exactly the same problem. We have Exchange 2003 (6.5 7638.2 SP2), a mix of Outlook 2007 and 2003, and a Blackberry Enterprise Server with the Calendars syncing wirelessly. Thanks,Graeme

I had that samee issue. We are using Exchange 2003, and clients on Outlook 2002, and 2003 SP3 have meetings that are disappearing from their calendar. They seem to disappear randomly. Most have delegates and Blackberries. I have tried reloading the clients, reloading the Blackberries, and readding the delegates to no avail.
