Delegate Access greyed out

Hello,

We have a citrix server (server 2008R2). When logging in and starting Outlook 2010 the option for 'Delegate Access' is greyed out.

When i test on a Windows 7 machine (with the same policy's) it isn't greyed out.

I searched arround the web and found a similar problem but the resolution doesn't work for me:

What else can i check?

Hi,

If you start Outlook as administrator, is the option still greyed out?

This also happens when you have multiple mailboxes added to Outlook and they don't have the primary email account set as default within the account settings. Make sure you have set the primary email account as the default account and then check the result.

Hi,

When starting as administrator i get the same result.

We only have 1 account on the profile. And its selected as default.
