I am receiving all emails 1hr delay from a particular domain. Ex 123@abc.com

but from other all domain example  @gmail.com, @ live.com, @Hotmail.com, I can receiving email to my exchange server immdtly.

how to solve my issue.

Note: abc.com is sending a group email where 15 domain are there in that group. Every one receiving email immidtly only my domain is getting delay.

Check the internet headers of the message. What hop has the delay? Focus on that.

We can use the below command to track the emails:

Get-MessageTrackingLog -ResultSize Unlimited -Start "8/26/2015 7:00AM" -End "8/26/2015 7:00PM"
-Sender "123@abc.com"
