Delay Delivery message stored on client or server

Hello,

Recently the PC was upgraded from Windows XP with outlook 2007 to Windows 7 with Outlook 2013, users delay delivery messages are now missing.  When using the delay delivery option in Outlook are the messages stored on the exchange server or within the outlook client?

Server: Exchange 2010 Enterprise SP3 RU2 on Windows 2008 R2 SP1

Client: Windows 7 Enterprise SP1, Outlook 2013 Pro Plus

Thanks,

DC

Issue resolved, Layman's terms:

Outlook was configured in cached mode which stores your e-mails on our e-mail servers and your computer.  When using the delay e-mail feature in outlook with cache mode enabled the e-mails do not get stored on the e-mail servers and are only stored on the local computer.

The upgrade to Windows 7 with Outlook 2013 is the reason the message are no longer available.  Windows XP with Outlook 2007 was configured with cache mode, when the PC was replaced the messages didn't come over to Outlook 2013.

Hope this helps someone.
