Defer a message to come back to inbox later?

I don't know if I am posting the question at the right place:

With the wonderful Microsoft Office mobile app launching on Android and iOS, now I am curious about whether either of the outlook.com web app or Microsoft Office Outlook 2013/Preview can do the same job the mobile app does: to defer a conversation (hold it temporarily in the defer folder), and let it come back to the inbox later at a set time (such as in a few hours, this evening, or at a selected time)?

If so, how can I set it up? If not, anyone knows if it is planned to be implemented?

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

I haven't been aware of this feature in Outlook 2013 yet, either I can't guarantee this will be implemented. But since it may be a useful feature for users, I've submited this feedback, please be assured that any improvements in the product are based on users' requirements. Our developers strive to capture Microsoft users' ideas and are working hard to create a more powerful and easy-to-use product.

As for Outlook.com, you can ask this question in this forum below:
