If the default global address list in exchange gets deleted is there any way to get it back?

Hi Jammy, I am new to Exchange. Can you please provide me steps on how to re-create the default GAL? Also,will it be come an empty one after re-creating? what are the things I should put in it if it was empty? Thanks!
