Declined recurring Meeting in Outlook 2010 message keeps coming and coming
We are running Exchange Server 2007 supporting Outlook 2010 clients. One of our users declined a recurring meeting that keeps sending emails daily in response. The original meeting has even been deleted off of the meeting creator's calendar. The user has an iPhone and an iPad to respond to emails when she is away from the office. Does anyone know how to stop a message from sending out after the initial declined response?

For mobile deviced related calendar problem, it is generally recommended to disable the mobile device temporarilly to see if the issue continues. It would help us isolate the fault from mobile device. If the issue continues after we disable the mobilc devices, the problematic message might not be deleted correctly or it has been corrupted in the mailbox level. We may remove it via MFCMAPI tool. Hope it is helpful. Fiona Liao TechNet Community Support

Thanks so much for the help. I asked the user to delete the Exchange account off of her iPhone 3 and re-add it. That seems to have worked.Donna K. Appleget
