December 2014 update mess

When is Microsoft going to fix its December 2014 update mess?

I am waiting patiently, but come on! It's March 2015 now. Where is the fix?????

I have done all of the recommended fixes, and still have HUGE issues when editing vba scripts on my Office 2007 Excel and then trying to use them on other versions of office. I have 25+ staff members that use my scripts and almost everyone is having issues when they open my workbooks! Staff uses 2007, 2010, and 2013 Office; all with varying degrees of issues.

Microsoft doesn't see to be interested in supporting VBA scripting any longer, however when working with scripts that have been compiled over YEARS of development, you can't just re-write everything and start over. Some of our scripts origins date back to 2002. Now even the most simple scripts fall on their face with ridiculous errors when executed.

And what the hell's up with COMMANDBUTTON21 - Where does that even come from? I have deleted and re-synced and all the other bullshit, and still struggling to get half the stuff to work properly!

Get it together and fix YOUR screw-up!!

Hi,

Microsoft understands the position our customers are in and we are actively working to find a solution.

Currently here is no fix other than these mentioned in this blog:

http://blogs.technet.com/b/the_microsoft_excel_support_team_blog/archive/2014/12/13/forms-controls-stop-working-after-december-2014-updates-.aspx

Once we hear any update, we will let our customers know as soon as possible.
