Dealing with different company emails
Hi A client has 2 companies and wishes to access both email accounts from outlook 2007. Company A's email comes into Exchange (SBS2003) via SMTP, company B's via POP3, grabbed by the users outlook. I know Exchange can pull down POP3 mail and direct it to an account, but how can i do this and still keep them separate for the client? make sense??

Hi, You could just create a seperate e-mail account in the clients Outlook to pull down the POP3 e-mail. You can them redirect e-mail coming from that account to a client side PST file, or a specific folder within the users Exchange Mailbox if needed. Be aware though, when sending e-mail, the sent mail will still be put in the Exchange Mailbox Sent Items. Regards, TerryTerry http://www.sucked-in.com
